Our Active Adult Programs offer a wide range of engaging activities, social groups, and exciting trips that promote socialization, wellness, and fun.

Health & Wellness

  • Bingocize (Tuesdays & Fridays, 10:30 AM)
  • Chair Exercise* (Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:30 AM)
  • Drumfit (Mondays & Wednesdays, 10:30 AM)
  • Group Fitness* (Mondays & Wednesdays, 8:30 AM)
  • Walkers Group (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00 AM)
  • Yoga* (Tuesdays, 4:00 PM)

  • Book2Movie Discussion Club (fourth Friday of the month; Book Discussion begins @ 10:30 AM, Movie begins @12:30 PM)
  • Writer’s Group (second and fourth Tuesday of the month, 10:30 AM)
  • Bible Study (Tuesdays, 9:00 AM)
  • Pinterest Picks Crafting Group (third Tuesday of the month, 12:30 PM)

Support Groups

  • Alzheimer’s Caregivers Support Group (second Wednesday of the month, 6:00 PM)
  • Caregivers Support Group (third Thursday of the month, 1:00 PM)
  • MS Support Group (first Tuesday of the month, 6:00 PM)

Seniors With A Purpose

  • Bags for Beds – Volunteer Group Program (first Wednesday of the month, 9:30 AM)
  • Happy Hatz – Refer to calendar as dates change.

  • $15 Haircuts (second & fourth Monday of the month, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
